Electronic Delivery - MP3s
Items are available to download as soon as payment is completed. We will also send an email confirmation containing links to the items ordered. You can then download mp3s whenever you wish and as many times as you like for approximately one week from the date of your order.

Windows: right click > save to disk.
Mac: control click > save linked file as

If you have purchased a royalty-free licence
You may use the music with your projects immediately - we will prepare and send you a royalty-free licence usually within 24 hours.

Postal Delivery - CDs
We will post your order to you as soon as we receive your cheque payment or confirmation of payment from Paypal. Most products are delivered in 3 - 5 working days although they occasionally take longer due to volume of orders or post delays. Please contact us if you do not receive your goods within 7 - 10 days so we can attempt to trace your missing music.

Non-UK Orders
Our CDs and downloads are available worldwide. As a guide the shopping basket lists the approximate prices in both US$ and Euros. When you place an order with us you will pay the amount shown in GB Pounds Sterling which your credit/debit card provider will convert into your local currency at their normal exchange rate.

Returns
We make every effort to ensure that our products reach you in excellent condition, but if you have received a faulty item please contact us for advice by e-mail at info@silenciomusic.co.uk. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have the right to a seven day 'cooling off period'. You may cancel a contract anytime within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the products. You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty unless the products are non-returnable or made to order according to your own specification.

If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us or email us clearly stating your full contact details, product details and invoice number. Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the products. You must return the products to us at your expense. We would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service.

If an item other than those which are non-returnable or individually made to order, is unsuitable you may return it within 10 working days unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
